Matt Xian is a practitioner of Kundalini yoga, Kriya yoga, and meditation, and has dedicated over a decade of his life to studying these practices. Matt’s passion for yoga and meditation began as a personal journey towards healing and self-discovery. Over time, he found that the practices not only helped him connect with his inner self but also allowed him to access the creative potential within himself.

Matt's journey into yoga and meditation began when he was in college, struggling with anxiety and depression. After a powerful psychedelic experience, he turned to yoga and meditation as a way to maintain his mental health and continue down the path of finding a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in his life.

Over the years, Matt has studied with a variety of teachers to deepen his knowledge of Kundalini and Kriya. He has also completed various teacher training programs (RYT-200)x2 and has been teaching these practices to others for over 8 years.

As a teacher, Matt's focus is on connecting with the inner self, to find peace and healing, and to access our innate creative potential. He believes that these practices can help individuals not only manage stress and anxiety but also tap into a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in their lives.

Matt's teachings are grounded in the ancient traditions of yoga and meditation, but he also incorporates modern techniques and practices to create a holistic approach to healing and self-discovery. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping others on their own journey towards self-realization.

In addition to his work as a yoga and meditation teacher, Matt is also an avid digital media creative. He believes that creativity is an essential part of the human experience and encourages practioners to explore their creative potential through various mediums.
